Acleara acne therapy is a photopneumatic device that combines a gentle vacuum and IPL (intense pulsed light), which simultaneously cleans pores and treats acne breakouts. Acleara is FDA approved for the treatment of acne of all skin types. 
Acleara works by removing oils, dead skin cells, and bacteria from the pores. A concentrated therapeutic light destroys bacteria and helps calm inflammation. Each Acleara treatment takes approximately 10 minutes. Several treatments maybe required for optimal results. Most people feel little to no discomfort during the treatment. Some minor swelling or bruising may occur following treatment. After Acleara acne therapy, the skin may feel less oily and refreshed.
